Job Summary
Research and write compelling proposals to secure funding for the foundation’s programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research funding opportunities
- Draft, edit, and submit proposals
- Collaborate with program teams
- Monitor grant applications and report on outcomes
- Build relationships with funders and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience in grant writing or fundraising
- Excellent writing and editing skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Valid certificates or training related to grant writing, proposal development, or fundraising from a recognized institution
Soft Skills
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
