Target Security Group, a fully integrated multidisciplinary security and facilities management company, is recruiting Rapid Response Security Guards.
Target Security Group has recently secured a prestigious national contract with a Multinational Company, and we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We are seeking highly skilled guards with experience in rapid response, preferably ex-police officers or those with a military background.

Requirements:
•Proven experience in rapid response situations.
•Preferably ex-police officers or military personnel.
•Excellent physical fitness and situational awareness.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Ability to work in Kasungu, Lilongwe, Salima, Dowa, Nkhotakota, Dedza, and Mzimba Districts (indicate your preferred area)
Responsibilities:
•Ensure the safety and security of assigned locations.
•Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents.
•Conduct regular patrols and surveillance.
•Maintain a high level of vigilance and readiness.
•Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
