Qualifications
- Diploma In Marketing & Business Management ,or any related field
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, night, weekends, and holidays.
