Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position tenable at Limbe Branch at Grade 4B.
Retail Development Executive (RDE)
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for SME Sales strategies, relationship management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- SME business sales growth.
- Acquisitions of new customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Continuously improve customer engagement.
- Ensure accounts are opened are fully onboarded, digitised and active.
- Respond to customer queries and have same satisfactorily closed within 24 hours.
- Identify new SME sales opportunities and channels.
Technical skills/Competencies
- Planning and organising.
- SME and Sales knowledge.
- Analytical and attention to detail.
- Persuading and influencing.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in relevant field
- Knowledge in product development, preferred.
- More than 3 years working experience in SME and customer management.
- Experience with end-to-end product management.
