JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building brand awareness, and expanding our customer base in rural areas. A strategic thinker with a passion for renewable energy and a strong background in sales and marketing will excel in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or rural markets is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for clean energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders.
- Execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote clean energy products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and community needs.
- Engage with local communities through outreach programs and events.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
