We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and help elevate our brand presence in the competitive hospitality market.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services, increase occupancy, and enhance revenue. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for the hospitality
industry, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

o Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue
targets.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase occupancy rates and revenue.

2. Market Research:

o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive
positioning.
o Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

3. Brand Management:

o Enhance brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
o Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce marketing materials, including brochures,
flyers, and digital content.

4. Digital Marketing:

o Manage the hotel’s online presence, including social media platforms, website content, and email
marketing campaigns.
o Optimize the hotel’s online listings and partnerships with travel agencies and booking platforms.

5. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
o Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel and establish new connections.

6. Sales Reporting:

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

7. Collaboration:

o Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall
business objectives.
o Collaborate with the events and catering teams to promote venue offerings for weddings, conferences, and other events.

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.

Experience:

o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or
tourism industry.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills:

o Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
