Position: Sales Executive.
Full Time: Blantyre (Limbe) Malawi
Job Description.
Maintain and grow relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and looking for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Create sales strategies to meet your sales and revenue targets.
Hold meetings with prospective customers to highlight the value proposition and benefits of the products or services.
Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor behaviour, and customer preferences.
Prepare and allocate the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated correctly to meet goals.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets which will lead to revenue growth.
Required skills and qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to forecast sales trends and manage sales processes efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure contracts.
- Confidence in presenting and promoting products or services to potential clients.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records and utilizing relevant software for tracking and analyzing sales data.
Preferred skills.
While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are preferred :
- Previous sales or related experience with a proven track record of success.
- A bachelor’s degree and or advanced Diploma in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. - Some Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
- Salary or compensation is negotiable and depends on your experience, Industry or sector of your expertise.
