Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Negotiate and secure long-term trading agreements with retailers, wholesalers, and key partners.
  • Identify market opportunities and report on individual brand performance to our international principals.
  • Drive company sales strategy, ensuring maximum revenue and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) from a reputable institution (BSc preferred).
  • Proficient in computer applications and Sage ERP.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Sales Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Solid understanding and experience with FMCG Brands.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
