Job Description
Position Summary:
AD Consult is looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our FMCG products within designated territories. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Supervisor to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our FMCG products and value proposition.
2. Create and implement a sales plan for the territory, identifying opportunities and setting targets.
3. Prospect for new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
5. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on results.
6. Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Work Conditions:
Fast-paced environment requiring effective multitasking and occasional travel.
