About Us:
We are seeking an experienced private security trainer to join our team! As a trainer, you will be responsible for educating the certifying private security personnel in various aspects of security protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programms for private security personnel.
- Conduct Classroom and on-site training sessions.
- Teaching security protocols, procedures and best practices
- Evaluate the students performance and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate training records and reports
- Stay up- to-date with industry developments and update training programms accordingly.
Requirements:
- Should have strong communication and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of working experience in private security or law enforcement.
- Industrial-recognised certification (e.g CPR, First Aid, Firearms)
- Ability to work with diverse groups.
- Proven training experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of diploma in security management, Criminal Justice and Bachelor’s Degree in related field is added advantage
- Experience with security software and technology.
- Knowledge of local and national security regulations.
