Job Summary:
SWIFT Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail–oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The Site
Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on–site for water supply and irrigation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent problem–solving skills, and a commitment to sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Civil Engineering,
Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in water supply, irrigation, or related construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem–solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and technologies is highly desirable
