The Site Performance Analyst will process and analyse large amounts of data including facts, figures, and power data analysis with resolutions to find conclusions. The Site Performance Analyst will also support in resolving issues with tools hosted on ServiceNow and other servers used by HT.

- Resolve escalations as per defined escalation/resolution procedures
OpCo Operational
- Design and implement operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment
Performance
- Improve productivity and quality through leading practice initiatives
Operational Delivery
- Ensure that all log files for solar, hybrid, off-grid and on-grid sites are received for analysis
- Managing the incoming log-files and ensure that the log-files are stored and archived after processing
- Perform log file analysis, highlight all abnormal and non-conforming items using log file analyser, Dataminer software, RPMS; ServiceNow and any other data or software at your disposal
- Create site work orders in ServiceNow with regard to issues raised during log file analysis
- Ensure site work orders are executed and closed complete. Escalate to the relevant managers if there are delays in closing site work orders
- Conduct follow-up analyses on sites where all site work orders have been confirmed to be closed
- Open additional site work orders and re-analyse work orders when required
- Occasionally perform spot site visits, if necessary, and ensure that all aspects correlate to the ServiceNow information
- Assist Zonal Managers in taking the correct decision regarding generator or battery replacement
- Ensure visibility of all sites connected to Dataminer and/or RPMS as per NOC report • Take any other action required for the analysis of site performance and follow up on outstanding site work orders
- Provide technical and operational coaching to the field teams and education to HT best practice
- Site corrective actions, which potentially incur Capex investment, must be escalated to Group technical support for review & advice
- All sites with reoccurring poor performance must be escalated to Group technical support for review & advice
- All sites performing as planned must be escalated to Group technical support for review and handover.
- Ensure that you are the point of contact to the internal/external teams for all network changes and field reporting
- Assist HT Group in setting up servers, managing existing IT infrastructure (RTMC and ServiceNow) or any other system HT uses
- Build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels within HT, contractor and vendor organisations
- Learn and live the HT’s six-sigma culture and use data to take improvement decisions

SHEQ
Will be responsible for ensuring health and safety, and environmental best practice in the workplace and on-sites. Quality control inspections, ensure high standards are kept where possible. Some of your SHEQ duties may involve the following:
- Ensuring health and safety, environmental and quality standards are met
- Identifying potential hazards
- Site inspections
- Suggesting improvements to working processes
- Checking equipment is safe
- Advising staff and partners on best working practices
