Job Overview:
As a Site Performance Analyst within the Delivery & Technology function, you will be stationed in Lilongwe, responsible for processing and analyzing substantial amounts of data, including power data analysis and ServiceNow tools. Reporting to the Engineering Manager administratively and functionally, you will contribute to issue resolution and play a crucial role in optimizing network performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage log files for solar, hybrid, off-grid, and on-grid sites, conduct log file analysis, and create site work orders in ServiceNow.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize log file analyzers, Dataminer software, RPMS, and other tools for highlighting abnormal items and ensuring quality data analysis.
- Operational Delivery: Conduct spot site visits, assist in decision-making on generator or battery replacement, and escalate corrective actions to Group technical support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, communicate effectively with internal/external teams, and act as the point of contact for network changes and field reporting.
- Technical Expertise: Assist in setting up servers, manage existing IT infrastructure (RTMC and ServiceNow), and embody the HT’s six-sigma culture for data-driven improvement decisions.
Requirements for the Role:
- Education: BSC (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineering or Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in power generation or field operations.
- Certifications: Membership in a relevant professional body.
