About NetSoft Limited:

NetSoft Limited is an innovative SaaS company based in Malawi, dedicated to developing cutting-edge digital solutions. Our flagship product, PaMsika, is revolutionizing the e-commerce space in Malawi by connecting merchants and consumers through a seamless online marketplace. We are expanding our development team and seeking a skilled Software Developer with web and mobile app development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in web and mobile development.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Flutter, or React Native.
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile-responsive design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Candidates with no degree but exceptional software development skills will be considered.
  •  Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience working on e-commerce platforms.
