Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales Executive at TecnoZone IT Solutions in Lilongwe. The Sales Executive will be responsible for software sales, sales presentations, lead generation, and consultative selling on a day-to-day basis.
Skills
- Software Sales and Sales skills
- Experience in Sales Presentations and Lead Generation
- Consultative Selling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel navigation within the organization required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, engineering, computer science, marketing or related field
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in a software organization
- 1+ years of successful software solution sales experience
- 1+ years of Social Media marketing experience
- Experience selling enterprise software into such verticals as retail, NGOs, Transportation and Mobility, and Government are strongly preferred
- Must be driven with proven examples of initiative
