Key Responsibilities for the Role:

Skills Needed for the Trend and Insights Analyst Role
1. Analytical Skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative information.
2. Research Skills
- Expertise in conducting primary and secondary research, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and tools for market analysis.
3. Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication for presenting findings in reports and presentations.
- Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for various audiences.
4. Marketing and Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of marketing channels (digital, traditional, and social media) and how trends impact them.

Qualifications Required
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Data Science or Analytics
- Sociology or Anthropology (if focused on cultural and social trends)
- Economics or Statistics
2. Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a related role:
- Market research
- Data analysis
- Marketing or advertising strategy
- Social media analysis or digital marketing
- Internship experience in research, trend analysis, or marketing can be considered for entry-level candidates.
3. Certifications in data analytics, digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Age Restriction:
- Candidates must be aged 26–35 years.
