Job Description
Chemical Plus is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team. We sell and supply quality Agricultural Inputs, Tools, Equipment, Farm produce, and veterinary services. The successful candidate will report to the Agronomist and Business Development Officer and work directly with stakeholders to assist with purchases and supplies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
► Work at the point-of-sale counter to process transactions
► Advise customers on product usage
► Maintain inventory and order new products
► Promote and sell veterinary and other products
► Enter sales and customer data into the company’s database
► Record keeping and respond to customer queries
► Act as a source of intelligence for management
► Ensure sales are promptly banked in line with company policies
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
► Diploma in Animal Health and Production
► 2 years of proven work experience as a veterinary technician
► Superior customer service skills
