About Us:
MobiPay is a dynamic company offering a range of platforms, including Malipo, MobiSchool, and MobiBet. We are looking for three experienced and professional Waitresses to provide excellent service in our on-site bar and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Assist in restocking and inventory management.
- Support the bar and kitchen teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in speaking English
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
