Job Description
ADLA CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD is urgently looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Contracts Manager (Project-Based) – 1NO.
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any construction related discipline with at least 10 years experience.
- Applicant should be registered with relevant professional body.
- Proven experience in managing contracts on large-scale construction projects.
2. Quantity Surveying Officer – 1NO.
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Experience in cost management, contract administration and project financial control.
- Applicant should be registered with relevant registration bodies (SIM and BOAQs).
3. General Foremen – 1NO.
- NCIC Foremanship Certificate or Grade 1 National Trade Test as a qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years experience
4. Trades Foremen (Brick-laying (1), Carpentry and joinery(1), Steel fixing(1))
- 10 years’ experience holding relevant practical trade testing certificates minimum Grade 1 or NCIC foremanship certificate with relevant experience.
